Application Crashes while executing the script

Hi,
if i run my script,it's working fine but at one particular point the application crashes.if i stop the script and rerun the script from at the same point its working fine.

The error shows like the below.

Microsoft visual c++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!
Program:C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORER.EXE
abnormal program termination
.................................................
Is there any way to handle this situation,
I am using,
Windows-XP
IE-7
QTP-9.2
Anyone help me on this please....
