Cannot identify image of win object

I have an image of win object. Application is coded by vb6.

When I spy object, I can not find it. I add all objects of form and use “Locate in Repository” and “Highlight in Application”, but I’m not successful.
In attached file, I have screenshot for image and vb code for it.

Could you please help me to identify image object? (example "i" image)
