Compatibility Issue while installing QTP10 in Windows7 (64 bit)

While installing QTP 10 evaluation version in windows7 64 bit OS I am getting error message "The installation package could not be opened. Verify that that package exists.......".
But I have successfully installed the same dump in XP. Can someone please help me with this issue?
Can you try with this patches QTP_00644 and QTPWEB_00037..
I tried both pathes previously but it gives out error.
