Need tips on debugging a .NET crash

I am working on a .NET application using UFT 11.53. When a playback my test, my application is crashing at a pretty regular rate. It doesn't crash every time and it doesn't crash at the same place every time. I'm not sure where to even begin trying to debug the problem. I'm hoping someone could give me some pointers on where to start so I can get this resolved.
