Shared Object Repository issue
#1
Solved: 10 Years, 6 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Hi,

I have created a shared object repository by adding objects into it.

When i created a new test and try to run the code which uses objects defined in the Shared object repository. It throws an error message as "Object was not found in the object repository. Check the object repository to confirm that the object exists or to find the correct name for the object."

Please help as i am new to QTP.

Have you associated your Shared Object Repository to the test?
If yes, then, Do you see the object physically present in the shared Object Repository?
If yes, select that and choose the option "Highlight on the application".

What does it say?
