Unable to view QTP report from QC Last run
Hi, We have created several test scripts using QTP and run from QC test lab. After the run is completed or stopped in between due to any of the step failed, we tried to download the report using the lasr tun or test instance by clicking the status of the run. Most of the times the QTP reports are downloaded properly. But sometime the we are unable to download the report to what went wrong on the failed steps. No clue about that. We are using QTP10.0 and QC 10.0. We did installed the QTP-QC add-in to view the report. Appreciate your help. |
