columns in keyword view

columns in keyword view

hi,
in qtp help,user's guide, chapter 5 it says there are columns named,"assignment column" and "comment column" along with the columns (item, operation,value,description) Is it correct? i am using qtp version 9.2 
In Keyword view, Right click on column header and you can find all column names.
