unable to open file-new functionlibrary

Hi All,
Unable to open File->new Function library and nothing is open .... Opening the Test and after the file new function library no tab is opening Regards siri 
Need to know version of the QTP and error message so i will check it and update you later.i think it is some temporary issue so please reopen it
