Are you trying to launch QTP from QC? If yes, install the QC connectivity add-in. (you can get the link for add-in from your QC home page)
Also verify in QTP that in Tools > Options > Run tab QTP is set "Allow other Mercury products to run..."
I would like to set this option through a VBS script, but have not found a method for doing so. I've looked at qtapp.options.run but do not see that option.

I have a same problem here. Did you find the solution now?
