QTP has encountered a problem and needs to close - kalyani0820@gmail.com - 12-12-2011 Hi all, Till yesterday, QTP in my system worked fine. But suddenly when i tried opening an existing test, it says QTP has encountered a problem and needs to close. It closes QTP, i tried installing QTP once again, but problem continues........... please help me, thanks in advance. For me there were 4 people accessing QTP which was causing it to crash(not sure abt the reason). We restrated the system nxt day and the problem was gone. I would suggest you to raise a ticket with HP. They might help you. Regards, Ankesh
