Internet Explorer Error while Recording - QTP user - 06-10-2008
Hi Ankur:
I'm learning QTP and found that you're helping QTP users like me. Thanks for your help. Please see issue below that I am facing while recording in QTP 9.5.
The application I am working on is a Java based application. In the middle of recoding when I click on a tab (that would take user to the next page), both IE 6 and 7 crashes with the following error “Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.” I am noticing the same error with/without Active X and Visual Basic add-in’s, and even after disabling BHO’s.
I am not able to proceed further with my testing. Please help me and thanks in advance for all your help!
