When i use xpath in OR in QTP 11, its not working - ginne - 11-12-2013
Hi
I have added an object in OR,
now i have added the property xpath and given the xpath
The Xpath which i gave is working fine in FireFox - FirePath
But its not working in QTP to identify the Object.
Can some one give me the solution or their experience.
Note:
I have used the below xpath
"//tr[contains(@valign,'top')]/td[3]/span[Contains(text(),'Home Departments')]/../../td[1]/img[contains(@src,'icon')]"

This working fine for some ... and not working for some ...specially this one ("//tr[contains(@valign,'top')]/td[3]/span[Contains(text(),'Home Departments')]/../../td[1]/img[contains(@src,'icon')]"
