Hi,
I am not able to copy objects through the Object Repository though the copy option is enabled. Note, I am trying to copy the objects in a web based AUT from one page to another. Please share your thoughts.

What is the version QTP you are using. It is the option of QTP so it does not depend upon the application you are using

I am using UFT 11.50

Go to Resources -> Object Repository In the Object Repository Just Select Object which you want to copy and Right Click on It and Click Copy Go to the Destination position Right Click on it and Click Paste

Yeah the same option was tried to copy initially but the object fails to copy...

There is no error message thrown. Though the copy and paste options are enabled it fails to copy on clicking the respective options.

Problem with software itself install required patches of UFT 11.5 Where the problems are fixed. Use the Below URL
