Full Version: QTP Record Option Disabled - Please Help Me

Hi,

I am using QTP 9.0 trial version but after I have installed Quality Center 9.2 and integrated with QTP (using plug-in), the Record option in QTP is disabled. Even after I have uninstalled QC and plug-in, still Record option is disabled in QTP.

The steps are as follows:
1. Install QTP 9.0
2. Install Quality Center 9.2 (QC)
3. Install QTP plug-in through QC home page

I have attached screenshots for easy reference. Please find the same.

I would greatly appreciate if someone can please let me know how to enable the Record option in QTP?

uninstall virus related softwares and open the qtp again.let me know whether you are able to see Record buttons in enablle mode
