What shall I do in this situation?

I need 2 dynamic data as before context from data sheet to identify the checkpoint.

How could I set it in QTP checkpoint?

when I need to make sure "Confirmed" show between "SGPBO822019","Sony" which are stored in 2 separate data fields & word "SGP".

How could I verify it by setting check point?

have you tried with text checkpoint? does this not work?
I mean can you tell us what all you have tried so far?
