Hi Ankur,

Can u tell ne how to run different test scenarios at one single stretch from QC?

Say for example:

I have 3 test scenarios and each scenarios have their own test set

scenario 1
test 1
test 2
test 3

scenario 2
test 1
test 2
test 3

scenario 3
test 1
test 2
test 3

Normally we have to run each scenario separately. im not sure how to schedule a run for all 3 test scenarios at one single shot.

Thanks in advance,
Laksh.
Hi,

Follow below stepts to run multiple scenarios:-

1. Select the Test Lab tab in QC
2. Click on "Select Test" button
3. On the left hand side list of test scripts appear
4. Drag and drop each of the test script of each scenario into the test set
5. Select all of them from the test set
6. Click on Run button
7. Another dialog box opens, Click on "Run All" button in that dialog box
Thanks Vaibhav... But i m not trying to do that... each test scenarios have a set of test scripts (i.e., test sets) , like that I have couple of scenarios where i wann to run it sequentially at one stretch without clicking the Run button again... basically, i want to run different test sets at one single shot..

I have attached the screen shot of the scenarios and the test sets to make it clear...

Thanks in advance,
Laksh
This is easy enough. You will have to put a time dependency on each test set(scenario) and click Run Test Set and Run All for each test set(scenario). When the first test set time is reached, it will run until completed. When the second test set time is reached, it will run until completed. You will need to estimate the run time for the first test set so you can schedule the start time of the second test set to start when the first one has finished.

Hope this helps.
