@Amilar, I would suggest you to take a thorough QTP training first...you seem to be confused between add-ins and their roles etc.
While we welcome beginners questions on this forum, we do assume that the person knows the basic concepts and working of QTP.

yes Ankur, I am big big confused in this qtp add ins. can u please tell me any web site for get an idea about those..
as well as to tell u I have problem in this pop up application only. other application in our company i have tried they worked.
is the problem in this application?

Hi Ankur,
Thanks for your help. it was my web application problem. now I am working with another application. it can log to the system. but there is a menu, when click the menu, it didn't record in the script.
why is that? I have attached that error also please check it.
I have to give a report end of next about QTP. so please help me to solve this problem. If u have any idea pls replay me. thanks
