Error messages when installing QTP 10 trial - ingridtest - 02-11-2010 I have problems installing QTP 10 trial. I receive the following messages: - No background bmp defined in section "General" entry "BGBmp" - No application name defined in section "General" entry "Apptext". and then the installation quits. I have a PC with Windows XP 2002, Service Pack 3. After contact with HP I updated the BIOS and device driver for the video card. I have downloaded the 14 day trial version of QTP10.0 and installed it on my system. When I try to open it, I am getting an error, which shows 'QuickTest Professional has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience'. Also when I click on Debug, I get a pop up with name License Check. I have attached the screenshot of it. Kindly let me know how to resolve it. Regards, Prathibha. |
