Not able to run recorded script - nitin82 - 03-20-2011
Hi,
i am just beginner for QTP.
I have just record my first script on default browser (I.E) successfully , but when trying to run recorded script nothing is being happened so the script failed. what i am doing wrong.Please suggest.

Nitin -
Here are few things to look out for,
1.Always, open QTP first then the browser on which you are recording.
2. Are there multiple browsers open?
3. Did you close the browser after record?
4. When you execute the script is the browser available?
Finally, Would appreciate if you would put up the error message being displayed or the screenshot.
