How to choose excel version to work with? - Elimelech.Eli - 06-23-2014 Hi everyone! here's my issue, I really hope you'll be able to help or point me in the right direction: In my current project, I have need to be working with both Excel 2003 and 2010 - on the same script. I do a lot of file opening and closing and so on... and QTP opens them all using Excel 2003, which is fine.. except for one file that needs version 2010 to work. I have both 2003 and 2010 installed. my question is.. how do i tell QTP to open that specific file in Excel 2010 and not 2003? Edit: when I open the file manually, windows knows to open it in Excel 2010. I'm using windows 7. Hope you'll be able to help me quickly... thanks in advance!
