Automation Process

i have a small doubt that is may i know what is the automation Process, Automation approach,and keyword driven frame work( i am asking to the frame work not folder structure
1)i am opening first web application and after open qtp, y qtp not recognised objects

There are many links through which you can get your answer, also try searching this forum.

You should Open QTP first and then open your Web Application, It will work.

Always serach this forum first before posting anew query.
