Can we define check point in descriptive programming; if yes, how will we define the property of the check point

I don't think we can create a checkpoint using descriptive programming.
But yes you can create your own check functions or use descriptive to make the checkpoint dynamically work.

Adding to Sakets post, you can use manual checkpoints by using GetRoProperty.
