Do we need to be HP Partner to take certification?

Hi Guys

In one of the posts It was mentioned about below URL for registering for student ID. But when I tried to get one, I got an impression that it is permitted to either HP employees or HP partners. I'm neither of these nor have any association with any company. I wanted to pursue this certification and I'm not currently employed.

Can I get a student ID? If yes, what is the approach.

Select india and then HP then read everything it says

You can register yourself for hp student it(passport id) and you need a prometric center like niit where you will write exam
