Facing while using web page with tabs

Hi,

I am facing a problem which switching between the tabs, by clicking on the tab header, in my web application. The action gets recorded but while run the test the same doesn't happens and the test gets failed.

Also, if the default tab is highlighted, the event like entering text in a textbox for class webedit takes a lot of time. Although no wait or sync events are applied.

Kindly help me in the same.

Verify that QTP recognizing the tab as a object or a link or ?

bcz some times QTP does nt recognize the tabs so u need to change them as a link .. using virtual object wizard..

Using SPY just find out what is it displaying and let me know.
