Dear Anna,

You can do this by two ways...
1)File-->Settings..>>Resources tab-->Associate function Libraries ...Click on + and then ..... and then select the Function Library file and then click on OK.

2)First You open Function Libray file by using Function Library Editor and then File....> Associate Library "Libraryname" with Test ..
