Problem with capturing the QTP objects

Hi

1)I am trying to capture QTP objects for website with QTP 10.0
Select the webpage-> add object -> capture all or selected
this option is not visible on my system for QTP 10.
I am not able to capture all the objects
so i am not able to record the script.
2)radio button:
when i select the radio button then it just captures the image
not radio but radio button is not captured.
3) weblist/webtable
weblist is also not getting captured.
Please help me.

Also check web addin is loaded or not.

check if web addin is added to selected addins list

Web addin is installed with my QTP system.
