QTP successfully launches my web service app and logs in but upon clicking a menu option within webservice app, one of the following two things happens:
1) Both the web service app & qpt freezes (in most cases, the entire desktop freezes)
2) QTP terminates prematurely and simply closes
Any assistance would be greately appreciated
