Hi,

I am getting an error message while spy on a pop up window in SAP application.The error is "This operation cannot be performed,for further help please contact supprot" and after that whole system getting hanged.
The application under test is :SAP 7.1
Tools uded:QTP10,TAO
Addins used: SAP,Web

Note:Tried it using activex addins as well.

Screen shot attached.
Please send some work around ASAP as it is very urgent.

Even we are facing few popup windows are not recognizing by QTP.

Hi

I am not sure about this window, but there are some screens of SAP which need JAVa addin to be recognised. Just try with that once.

Best option is to find a workaround to enter the required serial number and byspass this screen if possible.

Thanks for the reply,I have tried that otion to enter the serial number from the data table.But the vendor is interested to upload the file from this window.

Please let me know if you find any other work around.Let me try with Java add in.
