I tried QTP on IE 7, but it dosent supports, any settings so it will work on IE 7.

HI,

Which version of QTP are you using? QTP 8.x doesn't work for IE 7.
Try upgrading it to 9.x.

And by any chance if ur using QTP 9.2, disable the tabs settings in IE.
Tools>Internet options> Settings> Uncheck Enable
