QTP recognizing Java application as Window().dialog().move
#1
Solved: 10 Years, 9 Months ago
I have a product developed in Java. I want to automate the testing of this product.
I am using QTP and during startup I enable Java add-in. When I record the test, nothing except the window.dialog.move and window.dialog.close, records. Clicking or selecting or editing or any other operation is recorded.
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Lekshmi

Hi,

Try to open the QTP first followed by opening the application.

Let me know if this works for you.
