Giri here requesting any one is using Automation tool with which we can Automate Telerik controls and grid. If yes please give me details how and give me the list of automation tools also.

Actually Telerik develops their own set of automated testing tools which includes support for their AJAX and Silverlight controls. See here: http://www.telerik.com/automated-testing-tools.aspx
