Test fails as soon as IE browser opens

We are working on testing web application on IE.
The IE version is 11 and we are using UFT 12.05. While running the tests, as soon as the IE browser opens up the test gets failed immediately. No particular error thrown. Kindly let know your valuable suggestions. 
Check if UFT BHO is installed on IE 11.
Also, make sure your version of Windows is compatible with your version of UFT and IE. Check the UFT support matrix. |
