how to switch to newly opened tab from the currently active page in the browser

Hi

Scenario:

From the home page i am selecting another link which will be opened in the new tab, where i need to perform some task.

I am unable to switch between the tabs(i.e from homepage to link opened in new tab)

where as in record and play it will not record the switching of tabs

But i am not getting how to do this

can anyone give me suggestions to do this

QTP does not support multiple tab. For that you have to open the page in a seperate window.
