Hi to every body,when i am open qtp9.5 in my system ,system is automatically restarted,i am using windows xp service pack-2,and system is DELL.i am facing not for only one system entair all dell systems,once i reinstall qtp9.5 in dell system every system creating same problem.before installing 9.5 i am delete all old version files in add orremove,programfiles,registry editor.again and again i am facing same problem,another brand sytem like IBM and HP there is no problem in Qtp,My dell system configuration is 80GB HDD,2.8Dual core processor,1GB DDR2 RAM.please give me the solution of this problem

Please put some heading on the subject line.

I am using DELL with QTP 9.5 with a similar configuration as urs but did not encounter any re-start problem. I have seen QTP9.5 crashes but no re-starts.
