restriction on the range of the random number.

I have a text box field in which i have to enter a random number ranging from 350000000000000 to 359999999999999 (i.e. fifteen digits long). Is it possible to do so and if yes then How?

I have tried the Random Number function but it accepts only the values less than 2,147,483,648 and displays a message that You Must Specify a start range that is less than 2,147,483,647.
