Hi,
I have installed QTP11.0 on my system. after completion of installation process one icon is created on desk top(HP QuickTest Professional). i double click on that icon to launch QTP application but i am getting the below error.
"quicktest professional has stopped working" .
i did some browse in google to resolve, some where it is mentioned that patch QTP_00699 will resolve the issue, so i downloaded the same and installed on my system but still i am facing same issue.
Please note i have restarted the M/C after applying the patch.
Please any one can help on this issue.
