Assosciating OR with external actions

Just wanted to know if its possible to assosciate OR with external actions.
The following is the scenario:
I am able to assosciate the OR to the test which is open through AOM.However the test which is open contains and external Action called login.Need to know how to assosciate the OR to Login external action.
