Hi ,

Try this...

Ensure protected mode is off...


Open Internet Explorer
Select “Tools > Internet Options”
Click the Security tab
Make sure “Enable Protected Mode” is unchecked so that it is off
Click the OK button
Restart IE

If you have admin privileges, then set the security level as low...
