Does a student version of QTP exist?

Hi,

I want to teach myself QTP. I downloaded the trial version from HP today but the license expires in 30 days.

Is there a student version that is available for purchase?

Other products, e.g., MATLAB, have student editions, and other products, e.g., Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 Express, are actually free.

I am not sure how it is I can teach myself QTP once the 30-day trial license expires.

Not very much sure. IMHO, a student version does not exist
