Error during installation of QTP 9.2

Hi,

Once am done with installation of QTP 9.2 on my system(its 14 days trial version), and I open a new blank test, then "Record" button is disabled. Also once I move over(not even 'click') on "Debug" menu option , it gives error

"This operation cannot be performed. Please contact support"

Please could you help me out in this..Thanks!
