Replay fails with pop up - Object is not visible

Hi

I was trying to automate my application with QTP. I recorded few scripts. When i try to replay, i see that some of them fail and there is a pop up 'Object is not visible' and there are buttons 'skip', 'stop', 'debug' in the pop up. However when i open the Object repository and try to highlight the item, its identified and highlighted.
Can some one pls tell me why this is happening? Or would they run fine if i change some setting.
