unable to install on vista

I had installed the trial version of QTP month back .thereafter I got the qtpuninstall crack.Uninstalled and restarted and then while installing QTP10, on vista (my laptop) getting the error
The File 'agent.exe.6ED28686_7B19_420C_B255_5B6C1BD2C705' is not marked for installation’ in the end . How do I resolve this problem? |
