hi ,
As far as i concern, nobody would have gone for this feature for accessing the test results.
Infact we do have other ways for accessing the test results other than your given way.
If you still need the exact solution ...just check with Hp support.

Hi Fakruddin&sreekanth,
I don't think we can do it from Result Window.
If we run the test from QC, then we can extract the result in Excel.
Below is the Process...
Run Test from QC Lab or While running the test store the Results in QC Lab/Test set
After the Run, go to the Test which we have run in QC Lab/ Test Set
Double Click. You can see all the run results for that test.
select the Run result which you want to extract and double click.
you can see all the steps in that window. note: you can see all the steps including "Passed",Failed","Done" steps. if not that means it's been sorted
select all the steps right click & select Export to Excel
