for class purposes, given these choices, I would have to go with VB6 even though it really isn't that close and would only give you the basics such as scope, variable declaration, and basic syntax. Do they have a ASP class? ASP is just a combination of HTML (Web) and VBScript (server).....not ASP.NET.
