I have an application that tested fine using 9.5. With 10 the application and QTP both freeze during a test. I think it has something to do with the way QTP 10 identifies objects. I would suggest that you use a test box and copy all scripts locally to convert and try them before doing a full upgrade. I now have to use specific test boxes with 9.5 loaded as well as a 10 environment to handle my regression testing. Hopefully HP will find an answer other than try QTP 11.
