Hi Aruna,

There is nothing to do with UserID.

You just go to QTP > Tools Menu > Options > Run Tab > Select the "Allow other mercury products to run tests & components" checkbox > Apply > OK
Now try to execute your script from QC > Test Lab > Test Set
Hope you have installed the QTP Addins for QC plug-in.

It would execute fine nowSmile
