I found some information on the HP support page and tried deinstalling the Add-in, followed by removing the Add-in fron the registry. The support note also recommended removing some folders but I couldn't find those.
After that I reinstalled the ALM add-in and it worked fine. Problem solved /Marie Kyletoft |
