Thanks for the reply. I have been through the read-me files. The QTP documentation seems to suggest QTP9.5 is required for SAP GUI 710 support. It is unclear what is required for SAP GUI 620 and ERP6.0. The 9.5 readme is the only readme that references a version of SAP kernel greater than 640 (in this case 710, NetWeaver 7 uses SAP kernel 700). The QTP SAP Add-in v8.2 references SAP kernel 640 however I believe some people have had success with this combination.
