Issues with Vista OS:

Details:
QTP: 9.1 version and OS:Vista-Service Pack1(IE7)
Not able to record the Oralce Apps.11i(Oralce Forms).

1.User Acess Control is turned off and ”BHO Manager Class” is Enabled
2. Able to record web objects..only the issue is with Oracle Forms.
3. Selected add-ins:"oralce add-in 8.2" and "Web"

Any inputs please?
