Hi,

While i am trying to install QTP 9.2 seat license in Window vista,
Its displaying the error as "No Background bmp is specified in General"
Please give me solution.

Not encountered this before, but I would like to suggest to check two things
- as you are on vista, make sure you are logged in as administrator
- if you trying to run the setup from a network location try to run it from local device on your system

I have tried in both the ways (i) Run as administrator (ii) from local device on my machine.
My Laptop model is V 3225 AU compaq Presario V 3000

Please help me on this.

I doubt if your installable is corrupt,
better raise a case at HP.

Hi Saket,

Same stuff got installed properly in Windows XP machine.
It is the problem with Windows Vista only for me.

can you pls guide me to install QTP.
It's written in HP site that trial version will work for 14 days.Is it so?
Can you pls help me out.

Yes the trial version will work for 14 days only, contact/write to HP sales of your area and get a valid license from them which will not expire.
